Shipping

Ground Shipping:

Nu Market offers FREE ground shipping on orders going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 5-8 business days for arrival.

2-Day Shipping:

We offer expedited 2-Day delivery for $25. If you need it even faster, email us at hello@numarket.com and we’ll sort it out for you!

Overnight Shipping:

Overnight shipping is available for $35 for orders no later than noon PST. Overnight shipments arrive by 8PM next business day.

APO / FPO:

Nu Market offers free ground shipping via USPS to any APO / FPO address. Please allow 5-8 business days for arrival. Returns are not available for APO / FPO addresses.

Hawaii and Alaska:

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority delivery for $20, whichever is faster.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. We currently do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

Nu Market is not responsible for delays due to weather.

Refused Shipments

Nu Market charges a 10% restocking fee for any refused packages. If a customer decides to refuse a shipment from us, they are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Nu Market. This amount will be subtracted from the refund total.

In the event that the cost of the shipping, duties and taxes exceeds the cost of the merchandise, the customer's credit card will be charged any additional fees that are incurred for the refused package.

Return To Sender

“Return to sender” packages are those that are returned as undeliverable. All “Return to sender” charges will be passed to the customer. High value packages may require a signature upon delivery. UPS and USPS will generally make 3 delivery attempts before they mark the package "return to sender."

If there is an error in the shipping address causing the package to be returned, there will be a charge to resend to the corrected address. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order.

Lost or Stolen Package in Transit

Nu Market is not responsible for damages that may occur to merchandise during shipping, including merchandise that is lost in transit. We suggest sending returns
with proof of delivery.

International Shipping

Nu Market offers international shipping at standard DHL freight rates.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes will be displayed with shipping charges at the time of checkout. If DDU (delivery duty unpaid) is an option for your country, it will display this with your available shipping options at the time of checkout. If you select a DDU service, you will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes to the carrier upon arrival of your package.

Order Processing

International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

Exchange Rates

Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using.

Returns

All fabrics are handcrafted by artisans in rural areas. Handmade products will always have colorful imperfections here and there. That’s what makes each piece unique!

Domestic (U.S.) Returns

Nu Market accepts returns of undamaged and unused product within 30 days of purchase.

The customer is eligible for either return credit or a refund only after Nu Market receives the item and confirms that it is undamaged and/or unused. If your item is received with any staining or damage, we will provide Nu Market merchandise credit for the return.

Return Requirements

All returns require a Return Authorization number. Please send your request to hello@numarket.org and allow 72 business hours for a response. Be sure to include your name, and order number in the subject line of the email. Return Authorizations are given via e-mail only.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged to all returned orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders placed with a promotional sale, discount code, or are pre-marked down are final sale. These items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or used merchandise will be denied for return. Items must be returned to us in resell-able condition. Items that do not meet our requirements will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

Once our warehouse receives the return shipment, you will be refunded within 7 business days. A confirmation containing refund details will be emailed to you.

Note: Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.

Exchanges

Nu Market does not accept exchanges.

Customers can return their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
